Virgin Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is definitely one of the foods we should look at seriously. But it should always be consumed in non-refined form. It has to be virgin oil extracted from the fruit without processing it with chemicals to give the health benefits.

WARNING: No food product alone is complete and sufficient to improve health. Health always involves diet, exercise, rest and a positive attitude. All the super-foods, no matter how much you eat them will always constitute only one part of the spectrum of health. 

Always have a variety of healthy foods and do not concentrate only on individual food items. But, some foods do have that extra edge over others and give the additional health boost that we all need in the present scenario.
