KALIJEERI-AJWAIN-METHI POWDER

 
 

One of my patients informed me that she benefited from the intake of this preparation. All ingredients are used in the kitchen and are therefore assumed to be safe.

Take Black Cumin Seeds (Kali Jeeri) 10 Grams + Bishop’s Weed (Ajwain) 20 Grams + Fenugreek Seeds (Methi) 50 Grams.

Initially, all three ingredients need to be roasted on a slow fire separately and then powdered and mixed together. Store the powder in an air-tight jar.

Take 1 teaspoon of powder with warm water before retiring at night.

The above-mentioned mixture has multiple health benefits.
 
It helps in normalizing bowel movement and thereby helps in a lot of ailments. 
It improves immunity. 
It helps in keeping cholesterol and blood sugar under check. 
It is also said to be extremely effective in reducing joint pains.

Please note that this powder is not a substitute for any type of medical treatment. DO NOT depend only on this powder for treating your blood sugar, cholesterol, arthritis, weight loss, hair, skin, migraine, and other such problems.

It is a GOOD SUPPORT to your body with whatever treatment you are taking.

There is no substitute for a good diet and exercise. If your health concern requires you to modify your lifestyle, then even eating kilos of this powder will not help unless you modify your eating and exercise habits. Please do not expect miracles with this powder as this is not going to solve all your medical problems. For that matter, no single food or medicine will entirely solve any of your medical problems. The cure is always possible with a proper combination of food, rest, exercise, and medicine. Depending only on one modality is a waste of time and will not give lasting results.

Virgin Coconut Oil

Coconut oil is definitely one of the foods we should look at seriously. But it should always be consumed in non-refined form. It has to be virgin oil extracted from the fruit without processing it with chemicals to give the health benefits.

WARNING: No food product alone is complete and sufficient to improve health. Health always involves diet, exercise, rest and a positive attitude. All the super-foods, no matter how much you eat them will always constitute only one part of the spectrum of health. 

Always have a variety of healthy foods and do not concentrate only on individual food items. But, some foods do have that extra edge over others and give the additional health boost that we all need in the present scenario.

Flax Seeds Bioavailability

 

If you are including flax seeds in your daily diet it is advisable to take a multivitamin multimineral tablet to improve the absorption of ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) to EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) which are the omega 3 that the body needs.
 
The body needs calcium, copper, iron, copper, zinc, magnesium and vitamins from the BComplex group for better conversion of ALA present in the flax seeds.
 
Eating and absorption are two different functions.
 
If the ALA is not converted then the flax seeds are just going down the body's drain; at most it will only improve your constipation.
